As a Principal Medical Writer
You are a content specialist, experienced in medical communications, ideally within an agency although, in-house experience is also welcomed.
You excel at creating visually compelling, scientifically compliant content and are comfortable to support delivery of team objectives as a subject matter expert.
You may enjoy client interaction, but it is not necessary in this role, where you are relied upon for your scientific knowledge and the ability to ensure high quality outcomes are produced, either in your chosen therapeutic area or across a variety of scientific disciplines.

As a Scientific Director
You are passionate about people leadership and supporting your team to deliver, taking responsibility for the scientific accuracy of your clients’ projects.
You are both confident and credible with clients and key thought leaders when discussing scientific concepts, maintaining market knowledge and industry insights across a breadth of therapeutic areas.
You will successfully lead and manage multidisciplinary teams and projects and can work collaboratively with the client services team to meet and exceed client expectations.
You are a leadership team member and play a visible part in the future direction of the agency.
