Stacy Tegan

Stacy Tegan is a Program Director at TransCelerate Biopharma, Inc., a not-for-profit organization collaborating to converge clinical research and clinical care. She oversees efforts to ease the burden of clinical trials across stakeholders and increase the integration of trials into healthcare settings. From the conception of the Common Protocol Template through forming the vision for the Digital Data Flow initiative to her current role of Co-Lead for Vulcan UDP (Utilizing the Digital Protocol) Project, she has been engaged in efforts to harmonize and digitize clinical trial protocols. She has held roles in sponsor, consulting, technology, and consortia organizations, anchored to improving clinical and regulatory processes. Through these roles she has built expertise in project management, strategic planning, data standards, digitization, regulatory operations, business process evolution, and change management. Stacy is passionate about taking action to improve her communities, with a history of volunteerism at the Drug Information Association (DIA), her local Environmental Advisory Council, and youth leadership organizations.
