Accommodation:

Accommodation is available at the conference hotel, Barceló Sants, at a preferred conference rate of €180 per night, plus applicable local taxes, for single occupancy. The rate includes breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Barceló Sants is a modern 4-star, space-themed (“orbital”) hotel located directly above Barcelona Sants Railway Station, offering excellent connectivity to high-speed AVE trains, the metro network, and direct airport links. Its prime location provides easy access to Fira de Barcelona, Montjuïc, and the city centre.

The hotel features 378 minimalist, soundproofed rooms designed with a futuristic aesthetic and large windows. On-site amenities include a fully equipped fitness centre, Mediterranean dining options, and panoramic views across the city.

Getting to the venue

✈️ From Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN) → Barceló Sants

Option 1: Train (easiest & cheapest)

1. At the airport, follow signs for Train / RENFE.

2. Take the R2 Nord train toward Barcelona city.

3. Get off at Barcelona‑Sants Station
   ⏱ About 20 minutes

4. Exit the station toward Plaça dels Països Catalans.

5. Look up — the hotel is on top of the station.

6. Follow signs for “Barceló Sants Hotel” and take the lift up to the lobby.

Option 2: Taxi (most direct)

1. Take an official taxi outside the terminal.

2. Ride time: 20–30 minutes (traffic dependent).

3. You’ll be dropped right at the hotel entrance.

1. Take Metro Line L9 Sud from the airport.

2. Change to Line L5 (blue) toward Cornellà Centre.

3. Get off at Sants Estació.

4. Follow signs inside the station to Barceló Sants Hotel (elevators up).

Getting to the Centre of Barcelona from the hotel

Barceló Sants is located directly above Barcelona Sants Station, making travel into the city centre fast and simple.

Train or Metro (Recommended)

Time: 10–15 minutes

• From Sants Estació (below the hotel)

• Metro L3 (Green Line) towards Trinitat Nova → Plaça de Catalunya (4 stops)
