Waiting lists for EPDP workshops
If your first choice of EPDP workshop or other event is full, you can ask to be put on a waiting list (info@emwa.org). However, we advise you to also book another workshop, because we generally have a very low cancellation rate for the workshops and so places do not often become available. If a place does become available, we will offer it to delegates in the order in which they were added to the waiting list. If we are able to offer you a place in your first-choice workshop, we will let you know by Friday 24th April 2026. If you do not hear from us by then, we are sorry that on this occasion you have been unsuccessful.
Conference attendance
The conference is open to EMWA members. Non-members are invited to join EMWA before registering for the conference. Membership costs vary please click here.
Registration includes all conference materials and attendance at the following events, subject to registration: Opening Session, Freelance Business Forum, CORE Reference Project sessions and lunchtime sponsored sessions.
Workshops are available for the fees given below.
The registration fee does not include attending EMWA Professional Development Programme (EPDP) workshops or Themed sessions. These are charged separately.
VAT will be added to your order at basket checkout.

Changes to registration
Changes may be made to workshop or Seminar choices after booking (that is, a cancellation of one workshop or Seminar choice and replacement by another), for an administrative fee of €27, plus any difference in price between the choice of workshops or seminars. Workshops, Seminars and lunchtime sponsored sessions may be added to your original registration (subject to availability) at any time, without an administrative fee by contacting info@emwa.org. All changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation of attendance
If you wish to cancel your attendance at the conference, a refund, minus an administration fee of €162, will be made provided your cancellation is made in writing to EMWA head office before 20th April 2026.
It is highly recommended to have travel insurance to cover cancellation post 20 April as no refunds will be issued after that date.
Payments
Invoices must be settled by bank transfer in Euro. All fees are payable in advance. Full payment is due by 30th April 2026. If payment has not been received, EMWA reserves the right to request payment and cancel registration.
