This session will explore the evolving role of the medical writer on social media, from content planning to self-promotion, underpinned by ethics.
Key Focus: Medical writers can play an important role on social media, ensuring correct medical information is communicated to diverse audiences. This seminar focuses on how medical writers can:
• Contribute to credible, engaging scientific dialogue online.
• Explore innovative ways to present scientific content beyond traditional writing.
• Balance visibility and professionalism while maintaining compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Understand the risks, governance frameworks, and opportunities shaping professional and pharma engagement on social media.
