In a world where navigating copyright legislation was already complex, the appearance of new tools that allow us to delegate literary and artistic work to a machine has created a legal grey area that raises issues of IP ownership.
In this webinar, we will go through basic and common aspects of Author’s Rights legislation within the EU landscape, setting the stage to discuss the pitfalls of AI-generated content in today’s legal context.
Finally, we will address how you can use AI in an ethical and responsible way that protects you and your client’s IP.
