Waiting lists for EPDP workshops
If your first choice of EPDP workshop or other event is full, you can ask to be put on a waiting list (info@emwa.org). However, we advise you to also book another workshop, because we generally have a very low cancellation rate for the workshops and so places do not often become available. If a place does become available, we will offer it to delegates in the order in which they were added to the waiting list. If we are able to offer you a place in your first-choice workshop, we will let you know by 3rd November 2025. If you do not hear from us by then, we are sorry that on this occasion you have been unsuccessful.
Virtual conference attendance
The virtual conference is open to EMWA members. Non-members are invited to join EMWA before registering for the conference. Membership costs vary please click here.
Conference registration fee is €50
Registration includes all conference materials and attendance at the following events, subject to registration: Opening Session, Freelance Business Forum; and lunchtime sponsored sessions.
Workshops are available for the fees given below.
The registration fee does not include attending EMWA Professional Development Programme (EPDP) workshops or Seminars. These are charged separately.

Changes to registration
Changes may be made to workshop or Seminar choices after booking (that is, a cancellation of one workshop or Seminar choice and replacement by another), for an administrative fee of €27, plus any difference in price between the choice of workshops or seminars. Workshops, Seminars and lunchtime sponsored sessions may be added to your original registration (subject to availability) at any time, without an administrative fee by contacting info@emwa.org. All changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation of attendance
If you wish to cancel your attendance at the conference, a refund, minus an administration fee of €162, will be made provided your cancellation is made in writing to EMWA head office before 30th October 2025. No refunds will be made after this date.
Payments
Invoices must be settled by bank transfer in Euro. All fees are payable in advance. Full payment is due by 10th November 2025. If payment has not been received, EMWA reserves the right to request payment and cancel registration.
