Jules is a founding partner and Head of Strategy and Operations at a medical writing solutions company operating across the UK, EU, and EEA. With over 20 years of experience, she has led global teams of Medical Writers, Publishers, and
Transparency Specialists, and has been deeply involved in writing, budgeting, resourcing, and training. She has built successful teams across various organisations, focusing on personal development, staff satisfaction, and clear career progression. Jules runs an EMWA workshop on building medical writing teams and shares her team model centred on growth and retention. She joined EMWA’s Education Development Committee in 2020, was elected Co-Education Officer and Executive Committee member in 2022, and became Interim Conference Director in 2025. Since 2023, she has chaired the EMWA Regulatory Writing Special Interest Group and plays an active role in EMWA’s webinar programme.
