Phillip Leventhal, PhD, is a Principal Medical Writer within Medical Writing and Healthcare Communications at Evidera, where he specializes in publication writing. Prior to becoming a medical writer, he was a research scientist in enzymology and cellular biochemistry in academia and the pharmaceutical industry. Phil was Editor-in-Chief of Medical Writing between 2011 and 2020 and is now Editor Emeritus. Phil is also an experienced trainer in scientific writing.
